Tucked in a suburb on the West side of bay city but minutes away from highway access, Warner house is in a prime location!
- Kolb Elementary school is visible from the driveway and offers an expansive park, fields, and walking path
- Just off of Euclid ave, where you will find many businesses and restaurants
- Under ten minutes to two major grocery stores
- Five minutes for the Riverwalk with another great park, and access to boating
- Fifteen minutes to State Park, with access to the beach, a splash pad and park, and nature center.
Family Focused & Flexible
We actually live here part of the year with our two toddlers, so you can feel confident that you have what you need when traveling with little ones.
- Baby gates, door handle covers, and safety locks you can choose to use but won't impact you if you don't need them
- Optionally can include a diaper genie, changing tables,

- Decor is minimal - no need to move all the knick knacks and breakable things into a closet
- Kids bedroom is a stacked trundle bed which gives you the option to use a floor bed if that is a more comfortable setup. There is also plenty of space for a pack and play or elevate the trundle and turn it into another king mattress.
